Can you fix items from a home inspection report?
Yes. We regularly repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC items identified on home inspection reports for cabin sales and refinances. Bring us the report and we will quote each correction item individually or as a package.
Are you licensed to pull permits for electrical work?
Yes. We are a Tennessee Licensed Electrical Contractor, CE License #86291. We can pull permits, perform the work to current NEC code, and coordinate the inspection so the correction is signed off properly.
How fast can you complete inspection repairs?
For most correction items, we can schedule within a few days. If a property sale or insurance deadline is pressing, call 865-805-2438 and we will prioritize your repair.
Do you provide documentation for inspectors and insurance companies?
Yes. We provide repair documentation including photos, parts lists, and a summary of work performed. For electrical work, we provide the permit and inspection sign-off documentation.
