About Us
Cabin Repairs Without the Runaround
Maintenance and repair for Smoky Mountain vacation rentals.
Our Story
Cabin Repairs Without the Runaround
Hickory Home and Cabin Repair is a locally owned business serving cabin owners and vacation rental managers throughout Sevier County, Tennessee.
A vacation rental has its own set of challenges. A hot tub can stop working before check-in. An air conditioner can quit in the middle of summer. A plumbing leak or damaged deck can leave an owner scrambling to get the property ready for the next guest.
We handle the repairs and maintenance that keep these properties running. Our services include hot tub repair, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, deck repairs, inspections, and general cabin maintenance.
Instead of tracking down a different contractor for every problem, owners and property managers can contact Hickory for help with a range of property repairs. We focus on clear communication, straightforward estimates, and getting the work done properly.
Whether you need a repair now or want to discuss ongoing maintenance for your cabins, get in touch and let us know what you need.

What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Cabin Owners First
We built this business specifically for short-term rental operators. We understand that a broken appliance doesn't just cause inconvenience; it costs you bookings and reviews.
Honest, Transparent Service
We tell you what's wrong, what it will cost to fix, and what to expect, before we start any work. No hidden fees. No pressure upsells.
Fast Response
When you call, we pick up. We understand urgency and we do everything we can to get someone out to your property the same day or next morning.
